Our restaurants
"La Ghiandaia" is our resort's restaurant, a refined and cosy space where you can enjoy a sumptuous breakfast every morning. Later, in the evening, you can savour our chef's à la carte menus, with two options for each course including an appetiser and dessert. The restaurant’s refined and classic style provides the perfect backdrop for a rich culinary journey of discovery through Sicilian flavours that is full of surprises.
At lunchtime, join us at the Il Palmento restaurant in our Club House, a two-minute walk from the hotel. Here you can enjoy fresh specialties from our à la carte menu inspired by Sicily's rich culinary heritage. Completely renovated in 2018, “Il Palmento” is surrounded by the stunning golf course in an unparalleled natural setting. Its interior reflects our resort’s rustic-chic character, also making it the perfect space for private dinners and exclusive events. In summer, you can enjoy al fresco dining, taking in the breathtaking beauty of the natural surroundings. If you're in the mood for something hearty, you'll also find a grill and pizza menu available at dinner.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served every morning from 7 AM to 11 AM at the “La Ghiandaia” restaurant. To start your day off right, you can choose from a tempting selection of delicacies ranging from sweet to savoury, available at our generous buffet. Enjoy fresh fruit juices and natural drinks, a variety of coffees, a wide selection of teas and herbals, the finest dairy products and cured meats (many of which are locally sourced), assorted seasonal fresh fruit platters and salads, cereals, nuts and seeds. Indulge in hot food including bacon, cocktail sausages, mini frankfurters, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs and waffles. Or opt for premium jams, preserves and honey. Homemade baked goods include plain and wholegrain bread rolls, doughnuts filled with creams and jams, a selection of cakes and tarts, pastries, and assorted biscuits. On request, we can prepare gluten-free products, including croissants, rolls, toast and sweet treats.

Our banqueting menus have everything you could wish for in terms of taste and variety, from coffee mornings and evening aperitifs to gala dinners and magnificent wedding banquets.
